F&M sent us two batches of bad transfers for an important job.😫 One of the sponsor logos was doubled up. It wasn't on our original artwork so F&M agreed to reprint but they did not check the art and ended up sending another batch of 900 misprinted sheets. They agreed to a third reprint but with time constraints we had to keep working with what we had. We explained to the customer and they were ok with it. In the end we got about 75-80 shirt printed correctly add delivered on time, but this could have been a disaster. Yes F&M does have pre flight service were you proof the print. We were confident we didn't need it because it adds a day to production and the art was correct. There was also a delay on the customers end with providing the art. All in all the lesson is to stay on top of your timing. Between customers and vendors your job is to juggle them both. Sorry for the rant post😂
